stdcontrols.pp - Seems to be no problem removing the references
extctrls.pp - Seems to be no problem removing the references
notebook.pp - GTK stuff everywhere.

Notebook is the one killing me right now.  Curtis has placed comments
wherre things should be moved to gtkint.pp, but until he does so, I'll
either have to quit or comment out the notebook (which is what I'll
probably do for now).  As many things as I am having to change, though, it
looks like I won't be able to use CVS for quite a while ;^)
