[lazarus] Templates Added to CVS

Sorry, everyone, for the permissions problem.

I just created the directory and added it to CVS. Without having Telnet access,
I don't know how to set permissions on files and directories in CVS. Is there a
CVS command that I am not aware of that will allow me to set the permissions on
a directory (or files) when I add them? Or do I need to have someone with
Telnet access set the permissions when I create a new directory?
