[lazarus] classesh.inc change required

Also, the declaration for TBITS is not compatable with the Delphi declaration of TBITS.  Can this be fixed?

TREct is defined as 
TRect = record
   left, top, right, bottom : integer;
end;

I also neeed the topleft and bottomright options for trect.

Can we get that changed?
