I ahev my environment ready, and i have the source and Fpc from their web site (lazarus source from http://www.pcpros.net/~vbman/) but there is a CVS... where is it ? what is the pserver setting ? (sorry to ask this.. but i am missing some link to some other Lazarus Web Page. Could you reference those somewhere on that page ? or did i miss them ?)
