[lazarus] GTK DLL?

Slow down, you guys!

I might be missing a point but Jeff, don't you just want the dll's
necessary to compile fpc/gtk stuff under win32?  If so, you don't want the
whole source of gtk and some C compiler.  My understanding is that it's
quite difficult to even derive the dll's.  If what you want are the dll's,
you can download them from:

http://user.sgic.fi/~tml/gimp/win32/

If those don't work for some reason, send a note and I'll email you a
working set.  The only reason they wouldn't work would be because the dll's
have changed since the fpc bindings were written/tested.
