[lazarus] Problem compiling in win32 - 1 solution, one open

I'm working strickly in Linux so I can't comment on these problems.
Maybe Cliff can shed some light on it he is working in Windows.

I don't get this on Linux.  :-\

I get this also. I always just do a 'make clean' before building a new
lazarus test just do be safe.  :-)
