[lazarus] New Lazarus Zip

I tried the Win32 install and first compile looked great.  Then I download
the updated source from the same page:

http://www.pcpros.net/~vbman/

After recompiling Lazaruz, the IDE is screwed up.  I can't see the menu
options anymore.  There is just a blank grey box where the menus should
be.  Is this the page to get the latest source?  Would it be possible to
put a date, of the source code, on the web page?
