[lazarus] newbie: Where has .inc files gone ?

Stupid question:
  Where has .inc files gone ?
exuse my stupid question, I'n new in linux and lazarus.

I'm trying to compile lazarus poject, I have downloaded gtk, fpc 0.99.12,and
the object library (I don't remember the name) and lazarus poject through
cvs , and after a little fight with directories when I run make I get a lot
of "xxx.inc file not found".  And they are not in my system. Where can I get
them ?
