[lazarus] missing file

No problem Cliff.  It's fine now.

I have the editor actually coloring real files now.   You can't change them yet, but it colors them....

Lets make sure that when we commit something new, we rename our old
directory, checkout lazarus again and try the recompile.  This "missing
file" problem really sucks and if it's not committed soon, will cause me to
be forced to do real work today instead of this.

There is a missing file in the lcl/ dir:

Compiling dialogs.pp
Assembling dialogs
Fatal: Can't find unit EXTCTRLS
make: *** [controls.ppu] Error 1
