[lazarus] Missing makefile.fpc

Get the following file:

ftp://tflily.fys.kuleuven.ac.be/pub/fpc/source/base.zip

and unzip it's contents above the gtk and lazarus dirs:

/pp/src/          <---- makefile.fpc goes here.
       /gtk
       /lazarus
       /fcl
