[lazarus] TProject Object

I was just doing something like this

fini := TIniFile.Create(myfilename);
fini.WriteString('Names', 'Project', 'Lazarus');

just that threw me the error.....

After this I am just usinng the linux fdRead and fdWrite to do my work .
Once the other stuff works I will switch it.
