1) FCL sources to me. GTK sources to Peter Vreman.
2) Lazarus code:
   To cliff or shane. If they trust you enough, they can decide to give
   you the password that comes with CVS user 'lazarus' so you can
   commit yourself.
   (not that I don't consider you trustworthy, but it's their project :))
