[lazarus] MWEDIT files

Here are MY mwedit files.  I am using the public version.

I simply go to the mwedit directory  (whereever you extract these to) and do a
ppc386 -S2 mwedit.pas

You can see how far along I am.  I am currently having trouble in the
FONTCHANGED directory.
