[lazarus] Compiler working

It's hardcoded on my system too but mine worked.  I had to create the opt/fpc/lazarus directory so it could save my settings.  Other than that I could set the ppc386 path and it worked fine.

No, this is the problem as somebody explained. opt/fpc/lazarsus is/was
hardcoded.
