[lazarus] Help Compile Lazarus

Yo 
tuve el mismo problema y lo solucioné descargando el código fuente de Free 
Component Library y colocando XMLCFG.PAS en /lazarus y ahí me 
anduvo.

the same problem and I solved it downloading the source of the FCL and puting 
XMLCFG.PAS into /lazarus. In that way it works.
