[lazarus] CVS changes and Notebook fix

some changes

Fixed notebook crash on insert
   TPage has no TLabel anymore. On insert of a page, a gtkLabel is
   created on the fly. GtkObject.Get/SetLabel code is changed to
   handle this

Fixed loadfont problem for win32
   On win32 gtk loadfont seems to dump when no fontname is supplied, so
   I changed the code so that at least a fontname is required.
