There are alot of typos but I won't worry about those right now. Here
are some of my comments.

This would lead people to believe that you can only use Win32 in
Windows. Both GTK and Qt are available under windows and they can also
be used with Lazarus and the LCL.

The rest of the explaination seems correct. However in reading how the
interfaces.pp works this does indicate that we need to clean this up
somewhat. It does work but it isn't very clean. I know part of this is
my fault since I had planned on moving things to separate directories
and I just haven't gotten to it yet. I will make a big effort to get to
this in the next few days.
