[lazarus] cvs problem in gtk packages (directory permissions again)

Hi,

if someone on the list can telnet to the cvs-server I would be glad if
he could fix this:

 failed to create lock directory in repository
 `/FPC/CVS/fpc/packages/gtk/examples/tutorial': Permission denied
