Yes, they are using Qt.  Reasons: it's mature, popular, already a
multi-platform toolkit, it was relatively easy to wrap OP around it, and
they were really impressed with the quality and coding standards (as if the
Qt programmers were 'heavily influenced by existing Borland code').

I had a quick look at glibc.pas, which was very similar to linux.pas.

I didn't really get unfriendly replies.  They seem to have a pretty strong
corporate mentality, ie, they're developing a commercial product.  The
replies I got were that they were reluctant to even look at FPC because of
copyright issues.
