[lazarus] [Q] make error... lazarus for Win32... What's wrong? added....

Home pc.
os : windows 98se ver 4.10.2222 + ie 5.5,  redhat 6.2
cpu : Amd K6-2 500, mem : 96 MB, 
 
Office pc

os : windows 98se ver 4.10.2222 + ie 5.5
cpu : PIII 667, mem : 128MB,
I use CygWin for win32 programming and Cygwin installed my PCs.
 
What's Wrong?
I installed FPK 1.0 full version for win32 in 
c:\lang\pp
gtk-dll.zip in c:\lang\pp\gtkdll
cvs 1.10 for Win32 in  c:\lang\pp\cvs.
 
the contents of setup file - set_env.bat
