[lazarus] CVS updates

What's with the cant chdir(/root):Permission Denied error?
I can't commit changes correctly while this is occuring.  It started sometime yesterday.  Michael, any idea on that?

Hi,
some updates. Got them committed after all. the server keeps complaining:
   cvs [server aborted]: can't chdir(/root): Permission denied
after the first file.

   Did some cosmetic stuff
   Fixed black window in new editor
     Some ported functions in the editor didn't call ColortoRGB
     but applied the syscolor to the API (80000005 is pretty black ;-)
   Fixed color
     Applied cached backcolor on create

   Added Rect api support functions
     CopyRect, EqualRect, InflateRect, IntersectRect, IsRectEmpty
     OffSetRect

   Added the start of ScrollWindowEx
     Doesn't do much now.
