Sorry, this compiler dialog depends too much on KCL's layout widgets;
porting it to LCL is nearly impossible. KCL and LCL don't support
streaming yet, and 90% of Kassandra's compiler option dialogs deals with
the (very KCL dependent) creation of the dialog. OTOH, when the
streaming would work in both libraries, the code could be shared...
