I agree. I would like to establish a version number for the current
development of Lazarus and the LCL. Opinions as to a valid number
representing the progress. I will then submit news releases to the
various reporting centers.

When is FPC predicted to go 1.0? I would like to provide that estimate
in the release. Actually it might be a good idea for the FPC team to
provide a 1.0 release teaser. Heck all of the major commercial players
do it. That is what we are evening talking about Inprise currently
doing. Let's start a build up of anticipation. We can match feature for
feature that Inprise is stating.
