Hi all,

I have removed the double definition of TColor and put it into graphtype.pp.


Minor updates:

- Fixed: MouseUp Event on TPage. This bug was the reason for the sticky
  buttons on the component palette.

- Fixed: SetCursor for components and GDKError BadCursor bug in finalization.

- fixed circle reference of client area for TPanel.

- TMenuItem can now be enabled and disabled.

- TMenuItem.Caption can now be changed after creation.
