[lazarus] CVS Changes

Hi,

some changes, merely debugger related.

   * Fixed debugger running twice
   + Added Debugger output form
   * Enabled breakpoints
   + Published OnClick for TMenuItem
   + Published PopupMenu property for TEdit and TMemo (Doesn't work yet)

Running the debugger is a bit tricky. The debugged process receives random 
(at least I have no clue why) segfaults. Mostly after it has hit a 
breakpoint. Since I use a temporary breakpoint at startup, you mostly see a 
segfault popup. Just keep pushing the run button, the program will star :(

I don't know why, mayby it's the way I use GDB, but I'll dig into it.
