[lazarus] Win32 crash fixed

Current CVS shows no errors (compiler last midnight CET) while compiling,
but I patched the makefile by giving the entire path using the --preprocessor
commandline to windres yesterday.


Lazarus now starts, gives lot of output in the console window, but then
shuts down. again.
