+ Attached is a patch for lazarus.
+ 
+ It addresses two things.
+ 1. Setting a OS_TARGET for building lazarus in the Build Lazarus dialog.
+ 2. Specifying the Target OS in the compiler options dialog.
+ 
+ I use both settings to build lazarus and compile test programs 
+ for win32 on
+ linux. To do so yourselve you need to have the cross tools installed and
+ win32 RTL / FCL units.
