[lazarus] Exeception on loading Lazarus

I mean, for example, having everything under /usr/src/lazarus, and
trying to load it from my home directory.
Elsewhere doing:

cd /usr/src/lazarus
./lazarus

does work. Some days ago it worked from ANY directory.
