[lazarus] Bugs in TSpeedButton

Hello all,

1. SpeedButtons unpleasant blink when moving mouse (gtk
problem?). 

2. If I press left mouse button and not releasing move
the cursor outside the SpeedButton and then release
mouse button, SpeedButton stay in pressed state. 

3. Loaded image (for example btn_run.xpm) normally
looks in design time, but in runtime I see black square.
