You can't compile a win32 app under Linux. When running on Linux you can build Linux apps, and when running on Windows you can build Windows apps. Lazarus can run on both Operating Systems.

Subject: [lazarus] Crossplatform

Hi everyone!

I'm new to freepascal & lazarus.
Could you tell me how to compile a win32 application under linux?
If I set the " compiler options / code generation / target os " radio button
to win32, i get an error message: "Couldn't find: SYSWIN32"

Is it possible to make this?
For example:
I have only Linux Os on my computer
I want to make a windows executable
Can I build it?

Please Help!

Thanks for All!

Szabolcs from Hungary
