[lazarus] TPrinter

Yep.  I submitted it a while back...

It's not quite a Tprinter object but it works similarly and gives you a
TPostScriptCanvas that you can draw on with several standard features.
It will then either print to PS file or dump it to the default printer
using lpr.

Did it ever get added?
