[lazarus] make

Catch:
C:\PROGRA~1\BORLAND\DELPHI5\BIN has borland make. You can't use that one

Don't know it that will ever work. I guess the windows part of your path is 
needed. Just place the C:\PP\BIN\GO32V2;C:\PP\BIN\WIN32 piece of your path 
in front of your path. (I'm not sure if you need C:\PP\BIN\GO32V2)
