[lazarus] TWinControl.SetTextBuf sends LM_SetLabel twice

Hi,
TWinControl.SetTextBuf sends the message LM_SetLabel twice. First in 
TWinControl.SetTextBuf and once more in TControl.SetTextBuf (inherited 
SetTextBuf(...) in TWinControl.SetTextBuf).
