[lazarus] Thanks for the help - package now uploaded

I've just posted (and submitted to the main website) a package that 
includes many of the components I've already released.  The only ones 
missing are those specifically used for CBT, and I'll be releasing that 
package separately.

It includes TESDSound, THoverButton, THTMLHelp, TMRUlist, TPieChart, 
TScrLabel, TTilePanel and TTimeGraph. All packaged and ready to go... 
automatically registers all components in the palette.

Kudo's for the new package management system!  It makes it so simple to 
install and use custom components.
