[lazarus] new package GtkOpenGlArea dont't compile

Hmm. I can compile it with fpc 1.1. What is the error?

Is there no error message?
I made the menu more readable.

To compile the IDE with packages on command line use the following:

make ide OPT='@/home/user/.lazarus/idemake.cfg'

If you have a standard setup, you can use 'make idepkg', which does the
same.
