Hi all,


- add a try..except to Application.Run. On exception it will call
  HandleException
- debugger now searches indirect include files.
- improved procedure jumping with guessing
- implemented compilation tools 'Before' and 'After'. You can now execute
  commands before and after project/package compilation.
- added debug path to compiler options
- fixed resolving FPC output for absolute filenames of used directories
- added docs/ExtendingTheIDE.txt. A small text about IDE plugins.
- created the GTK2ForLazarus package for gtk2forpascal bindings
  and created GTK2Interface package

- double click on breakpoints or callstack dialog now jumps to source
