[lazarus] Help: Can't find unit GLIB

I was playing with FPC and eventually i couldn't compile anything... I 
got "Cant find unit SYSLINUX". I removed the version shiped with Debian 
and instead i tried a manual install. Now everything works.
I don't know what happened to FPC, has someone encountered the same problem?
