Thanks for this detailed feedback. I am using a newer version of the
installer builder (Inno Setup) and apparently if nothing is explicitly
said about Required Permissions, it used to default to none and now to
Administrator. Tomorrow's (20081225) snapshots will be build with the
explicit RequiredPermissions=none setting.
