[Lazarus] Warning regarding a source file containing non printed chars

BTW, I noticed at the console that when I press on "ignore" there is
the following verbose: TMainIDE.DoOpenEditorFile failed
LoadCodeBuffer: /usr/include/subversion-1/mod_dav_svn.h
