[Lazarus] Nested TPageControls on Carbon

Hello,

I noticed that there are a lot of problems when doing nested
TPageControls in a Carbon GUI application on Mac OS. For example, one
tab sheet contains another page control, and a tab sheet there contains
even another page control.

Should I try to make this work? Are there any hints concerning why
this is so and what needs to be changed?
