[Lazarus] SQLdb PQConnection Port

Same behaviour on:
Lazarus 0.9.27 rUnknown FPC 2.2.4 x86_64-linux-gtk 2 (beta)

I don't know exactly this release, because is from Graeme's GIT repo.

If you open params dialog, write "port=5433" and "OK", try to open
Params dialog again, and is empty.

Acces Violation trying to change Connected to True.
