Ok, probably this is the mistake. Thank you!
I was trying to compile from fpcscr (current dir) where I had not root
access (I didn't know that it save file in current dir, I thought that
it save in destination dir).
In few hours I think I can try, I had to reinstall my ubuntu 9.10
(fortunately it is a vm) and recompile fpc/lazarus from sources...
