[Lazarus] SQL Administration Component for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle

Emm, not so big, but it is problem if i have my own translation engine
and it will make conflict with it.
I mean i must distribute my languages with Lazarus PO files for example.

I just want to open discusses, may be we need to have transparent
translation engine (hooks or Application call events ...).
