Dear list members:

I need to display a portion of an scrollable scale from 0 to 30 like a
simple ruler, in a vertical position.

the view box is smaller than the scale (or ruler) length and the portion to
be shown is determined by the height of this box.

the initial item shown will change in accordance to a lecture in an array.

I need some help to do that. I have done a similar one containing text in a
horizontal position.

I use version 0.9.27.
