[Lazarus] OT footer [Re: Lazarus on gtk2 double double-click (and SourceEditor select-word failure)]

Luca, I pressed reply on your latest email, and below is the qouted
email. So at least when it comes to Gmail, it does not trim footers /
signatures that start with "-- ". The only thing it does do is
fold/hide the quoted text at random locations (I can't figure out the
exact rule used).
