[Lazarus] EOL character used in .lfm files keep changing

One of the main reasons we still use svn is because those 'better'
systems of you can't handle this properly. (As we told you before, and
before, and before....)

That's why _you_ have a problem now with line-endings, because your tool
doesn't handle this right.

I don't see why we have to fix/change something for a broken tool that
you insist to use, but we don't because it's broken in this regard?
