[Lazarus] TMainMenu alt-shortcut

Sorry, it's my fault.
Yes it is winXP. I didn't know about the "Hide Underlined Letters for 
Keyboard Navigation Until ALT Key Is Pressed" option. I use Thunderbird 
and Firefox and these applications are not affected by this option.
