[Lazarus] Trouble with PostGres access

I've cpoied the dll's to the application 
directory and everytinng's altright when change 
the connected property to true. lets go straight 
forward and see what will happen.

Is there a directory ohter that the application 
one where I can copy teh PostGreSQL dll's?
