[Lazarus] Project LPI Files and Platforms

AFAIK lpi is XML file and Lazarus modify lpi "on the fly" adjusting 
proper path delimiters.I work barely on linux but never saw any major 
probelm with lpi (except some buggy old revisions of lazarus svn)
