[Lazarus] Cannot downgrade to the stable version of Lazarus after installing Lazarus 0.9.28

I have more problems while installing Lazarus 0.9.28.
While installing the DEB for IDE I get this error: "Package 
fpc-abi-2.2.4 is not installed".

I have just installed the latest stable FPC (v2.2.4). So what is 
FPC-ABI? From where I can get it?
